Very convincing scenery! The orange bird is a nice touch on the cold background.
The shadow of the tree on the snow around the bird is discontinued from the other shadow, you can consider it for the further improvement.

Two boats with identical damage? One would be enough, and improve the composition. The one at left is not necessary.

Well you're right. But I can't imagine the composition with only one damage. So I replace left one with different boat.

Not a bad job, but you need to look at the shadows. They are projecting at different angles, and the shadow on the cube doesn't quite work

Figure is very nicely made and the over all look is great -- only one small thing is the shoulder seems a bit too blurred compared to the balance of the figure.
