I don't get the black bars across the top and bottom -- or really much else, for that matter.

Nice blending but if someone where to be caught in space they would actually freeze so he should be icey looking or freeze dried...LOL....Good Luck

Thanks christy for mentioning about the freeze thingy... I did managed a bloated dry look at his hand and neck using the scab source... Will keep in mind the freeze thingy...

the colors of the two avocado's (the living ones) don't match very well.. not a big thing but it does effect the overall balance..also the eye effects aren't linking well.. not that there is anything wrong with the piece.. just that subtle detail that throws off the balance a bit.. good luck. very good work

edit... KEEP THIS ONE>. this is awesome..now you have more variation and the odd texture works.. when you have more subjects, the viewer doesn't see any unmatched textures.. this is FANTASTIC and a much better story feel now

i think it needs a stronger shadow to stand out more. And the letters needs to look more painted.

I'm not getting the blue blood thing or the text on the wall. Work on your shadows also, the sword shadow would be further away and the skull would only really have shadow under. Also, brighten your bricks up - at the mo they have a 'blue' tinge. Good luck.

Not bad, but maybe bit confusing image. The sword is hanging? Or how is it dripping blood otherwise? As said above, you may want to remove the text. Otherwise integrate it more with the wall by using a displacement map and/or blending mode with some highlight. Good luck!
