Cute smile, but I think this would work better if you'd use only the kid's mouth for a grown up. After all, these à re more or less the kid's real teeth. Just my opinion. Good luck!
Nice - but I am not sure that the orange teeth on the left are suitable. There is already a lot of oranges in the image. I would maybe just stick with the same colour as the other side?? GL.

The black.brown on the lips and chin dont look in place, the teeth are really good, but I would get rid of the gooey stuff.
