??? Where did the water go?
The process of creation is not linear, they told me..
I believe them now. (5 years and 3273 days ago)

Oh no, CMYK, I'm gonna make you read the SBS! It's the 3rd point of the second step. (lol).
It started as a lake dwelling and than i made it desert. The reflection on the sand makes it look like there's a puddle - water spots - underneath the house. It made sense when it crossed my mind, and i liked it. It represents more of the source and some reminiscence of the river can be seen somewhere behind the house, as well. I might be infatuated with my work at this momment... I ll be back tomorrow.
great idea
cool idea...best of luck author
Very good idea and effort here, author. LOL at your Step2, line 3 - I can so relate!
You read my SBS, wow man, I'm impressed

After adding and removing flutes, piano keys, and other musical elements, it became apparent that less was more for this entry. Musical notes were created by hand, then applied layer styles, shadows, etc. (5 years and 3300 days ago)
very pleasant creation. good Luck author.. though I don't think you need it.. hehehe+
The shadows don't seem to be contiguous with a discernable light source judging from the sky image. Interesting surrealism though.
Just curious but why no bow?
Confession time CMYK: I did have some trouble with the shadows, in terms of a light source (which is usually my starting point!), as well as their intensity (which I suppose speaks again to the light source). The shadows in the BG image seem to be not from the dunes but from the clouds, I felt I had a little latitude, but it boils down to what looks "right". I'll tweak a bit. Thanks all for the feedback.
change the shadows to be angled more directly forward, and make the shadows on the notes darker.
the notes look beveled making it more unrealistic if you can find some metal notes or something like that it would look nicer.
nice shot
Shadows sometimes are very difficult to compose. But I think it's a very nice surrealistic creation.
I like this, and aside from the odd little bulge on the shadow for the closer eighth-note in the back, and different amounts of blur, I do like the addition of the string blowing in the breeze. Nice work on the notes and very pleasing image overall.
Great work author...I love it...best of luck
AWESOMMMMMME

This is my rendition of the desert using the source image only.
UPDATE: Changes to the sky were made. Thanks for suggestions. (5 years and 3341 days ago)
Very nice job -- like the depth
Fantastic job! I love the depth this image has...Very well done and Good Luck
simple fun..hehehe... (the work isn't simple.. sorry about that.. just the image is so calm.. gack)
Comments appreciated. Thanks......
Great job author, GL.
Great job
Great depth, you could blur the farest mountain a little more. Also why did you make the sky black? You could try to make a nice blue sky and render a sun. gl
Thanks for suggestions and comments.
Ressiv: I change the color of the sky, as you say. The image looks much better now!!!
Very nice the way you did the mountains and the dead trees, very neat.
I agree with the above comments, the only thing I want to add is the shadow on the branch seems to be against the shadow on the ground. Good luck!
I like this, very nice work, tho I liked that purple sky in your sbs.
Thanks again for comments, it is late to make changes, but I will keep in mind about the shadow. Thanks Langstrum for observation.
So picturesque
Are those supposed to be the Mittens in the background? It's a very surrealistic take and I think it's one of the best so GL!
Congrats! for 3rd
