This was actually part of a College project ages ago but I thought it deserves another shot at fame :) (5 years and 3457 days ago)

We were only allowed to use Photoshop and no outside images so the background was made with the custom shape tool and some blurring and smudging to give it that "doodled" look. The torn paper effect was made using layers and layer styles like cut-out and drop shadow. Thanks for the comment
