Nice work like the depth of the area where the mask fits the head -- one small thing you may want to look at is the eyes lids are on both the mask and the alien face -- maybe removing them fom the face would make the alien even more alien looking

looking very flat, add shadows

just the way this picture looks makes it feel like it doesnt need shadows for some reason.... maybe because of the flatness

I personaly think that gamecharacters that are for this purpose should look more real. A more complex mesh and a better render would improve alot. 3Ds max can do so much more. good luck

OK guys, you're right.This is not my best shot. But I'm impressed that you believe I shall ever have the skills necessary to create a real good animated character.
