could be the resolution, but some of the entry areas don't look so much inside the girl as just black splotches (the stomach to breast looks good, but the shoulder and the side of face one could use some dodging to show depth .. ) Without and SBS or a HI RES image though, there's really no way to see what went wrong..IMHO of course (the feet are GREAT!)

Nice work except for the front edge of the box...it's thick on the bottom & thin on the lid, and the lower front corners don't look right. Good image over all, though!
EDIT: Good fix...the green goop is a nice touch!

Nice ivory effect on the fingers.
But the shadow at the bottom front of the box is funky - no light source would make it extend outward from both sides...It also does not correspond in any way to the lighting on the fingers or the lighting on the inside lid of the box...

OMG, that's EXACTLY what I do! Hald the time I am so stoned that I come with so many great and wonderful ideas, I seriously have to write them down or I forget. I totally understand the need for it. It unlocked the imagination and makes you look at life and art in a whole new perspective.

Just do what I do. Take notes!! Get a mini recorder (I think most mp3 players have them) and just jot the idea down before the ideas fall back in your imagination ocean.
