Hmm...you have two different light sources. The light for the buildings is coming from the right, the light on the elephant is coming from the left. Flip the elephant and shadow so they match.

What Paulus said...and please restore the shadow of the man on the left, too...that smeary mess really detracts from your image.

The blackboard could do with some depth, try and distort some of the wooden edge to make it thicker.

ory u where rigth thkxs, but better way (i think!) is copy layer with ctrl+j , then ctrl+ direccionnal key it moves layer that u copy forward (in this case), regards
