OK Alan2641, I added another water layer on top, and played with the opacity and layer styles, but couldn't get it to look quite right, so I added a few beams with the pen tool, stroked with soft white, and gave them a blue-ish hue. I like it better, so thanks again for the tip!

I have listed all sources except for the bridge. The bridge was designed by me for a 1vs1 contest on the previous PST site. I used an image of an old rock tunnel provided for the challenge contests. I no longer have the image and have no way of knowing how to find it. I hope someone will remember this image and can vouch for me. (5 years and 3635 days ago)
