Fantastic chop!

I like the idea but the masking on the boat isnt great and you have enlarged it too much so it looks pixelated - it just doesnt blend with the rest of the image

CMYK, look carefully, this woman is not in the front, but on the back. Honestly, she is there.
Edit: To avoid misunderstanding I've uploaded fullsized picture, that I used as a source.

I can see that you want a foggy misty feel, but the woman is somewhat transparent and you can see part of the building and bridge through her, perhaps leave her as she is but mask out what is directly behind her

Interesting take on the source. Only suggestion I have is tone down the fog a little but that's just my opinion.

Madamemonty, I mean it to make her little bit ghosty, other wise I would make her layers in normal instead of screen and multiply, that gives kind of sheer look.

I like the burnt building and fire very much...the foreground subject doesn't belong...it's too bright and clean. This image would be SO MUCH better without it...no offense to your son...in my opinion.

Hey, no offense taken. I agree it doesnt belong, (neither does a teenager rowing a elephant down a lake in real life), but its just a fanatsy picutre... I would like to think they have real boats to escape with in real life, hehe
