yes I've seen something that looks like it before too but it's not working. What I would suggest is working on the faces so that they better make up the vase because right now they don't. Try using liquefy to better shape the faces so they also look like a vase. And just loose the smoke. Just tryin' to help.

awesome.. but... the corner of left eye (near the side of nose) need more blending... and one more line under the left bottom eye lid ( like the right eye) and it will be more good if the expression lines that on the left side of man's fore head follows to center , that wil change the facial expression more good... still I like this very much.. Wierd science!...

Most of people did this kind of work always has the problem with the shadow of the rotated part and you're not the exception. If you can solve that problem, I can vote you very high . In details, that are the shadows on the cheek, the nose, and the eyelash, they should disappear and the shadows on the reverse sides should appear. Can you do that? PS: your skin blending is good.
