great blend !! but i feel you could have found a better source image for the womans head
I think I might have cleaned up the nasty patches on the fur, and left the neck behind the ear a bit more human, but it's still a nice job.
beautiful camel, but i think it would be better if u changed the human ear to camel ear. good job
Is it the beauty or the beast? Good job
scary...
I think you did a great job. Made me come in for a closer look. I really like that you left the ear human. Makes me wonder what the rest of this poor girl looks like. lol Great blending.
I'll agree with IDt8r fantastic work
lol funny entry. Maybe clear a bit more the black line behind the ear?Good luck
fearfully looked...
great job

Misheard lyrics from the song from Lady Ga Ga
A friend of mine wanted me to hear the song by Lady Ga Ga called POKER FACE ..
We went to a club and it came on and I swore she was singing Poke Her In the Face (5 years and 3640 days ago)
The holes in her face look more like shoelace holes, rather than nail-size needle pucture wounds.
People usually bleed when they get stuck with big ol' needles...
well if you want to wake up lady gaga you are suppose to poke her face hahah, i agree though the wholes don't look right.
that's really pitiless :P...
I like the holes! Sure they don't look like she's been poked with needles. But if she were, I'm sure she wouldn't be smiling, either. So the first thing I thought of when I saw this was that they're piercings. In which case, they wouldn't be bleeding (anymore) and the holes would be big enough for the needles to go through. I think that Lady Gaga meant for that to be a play on words. Kinda double entendre, maybe.
hehehe.. not into blood and gore... never have been, never will be (I'm not 15 anymore)(plus it's just a joke) Like Saint Sebastian.... (also girls aren't gray either.. but I kept the needles and the holes in the same color scheme..hehehe.. and if they look like shoe lace holes.. that was half the battle.. I put this together at work when I got the idea.. so I'll just let it be
After seeing all the whiny comments about the contest I just decided no matter what I entered.. it would be frowned upon because of the precursor of prejudice to the contest.. but at least I tried.. and that makes me proud of ME... hehehe
a little bit of blood might help this picture... otherwise it looks a bit too fake ;p goodluck anyway, its different
its more like cross my heart hope to die stick a needle in my... FaAcE

This took me some time. Im still trying to figure out how the people work so well with the clone tool. The hair was really difficult and trying to give the left side of her face an outline.
I used alot of burn and dodge tool, cloning, colour changing and highlights.
Any tips would be helpful :)
NO outside sources used. (5 years and 3643 days ago)
the side of her face is alittle too stretched but good idea
will see what I can do ...
EDIT: I played with the face a bit more, used warp and then liquify... hope it looks better.
Thanks for you comment
Try using the healing brush to get a better match on the face.
i haven't used the healing brush before will give it a go. Thanks for the tip

good ideia and very creative, good luck
Great idea....You can tell that the hand is cloned and reversed though. Maybe change one of the hands a little.
Very clever! I would personally remove the hands and have the string going all the way to each side. But GREAT idea!
Ponti, I thought it would be more interesting to have her holding up parts of her own face. Freejay, I'll work on a hand.
EDIT: A hand is changed. Looks better now I think.
this is very creative, but i feel like the face is to bright. try to lighten the face and add some shadows from the clips and it will be perfect.
jaescoe21: edit made. thanks for the tip.
Great idea, you did a job on this
Good use of outside sources.
Very creative.
much better author. good luck
Good change to the hands, to me the central part of her face seems to be a similar tone, try to obverlay some skin texture and perhaps add different colours. (darker and brighter)
Ponti: I think it has a good difference between contrast on the edges of her face and I"m just going to leave it as is. Reason being, I wanted to keep an element of blankness. Where most of the definition is that you mentioned, well it's hanging in front of her from clothes pins in note-sized pieces. So maybe you can see my POV with the set tone in the center. There's really not any features on her face now to leave shadow. See where I'm coming from now?
JUst nit picking a little-I would have blended the outer facial tonesw more into the center where the missing parts are. That being said, cool idea and nice presentation.
pingenvy, I'll make a couple slight adjustments since I now have two of you sharing the same opinion. I still think there should be very little definition in the face, because I wanted to put more focus on the face details on the notes and except for the outer part of the face, keep it blank and flat.. Appreciate the tip.
EDIT: OK so you two were right. I think it looks much better blended now and i adjusted the contrast to make match original skin tone better and used dodge and blur to smooth. Live and learn.
well done
