Beautiful work...
Edit:
- Fixed some masking problems.
- Decided to go with a colder climate than the last image. (5 years and 3504 days ago)
Beautiful work...
great great work
Pretty fast submitted entry! I like the idea, you may want to mask the top of the pawn a bit better (some white edges here and there). Good luck!
Pretty good, but room for improvement!
Im not entirely certain, but wouldn't the shadow be bent outwards over the slope rather than inwards? - the shadow from the furthest tower is too dark in relation to the closest - and - maybe a little addition to some shadows from the terrain would help place everything better - especially from the mound covering the foreground tower as it's casting nothing...
Oh and the glare fom the bottom of the 'tower' it's not true to where you're placing your shadows from, so maybe get rid of it and add some highlights to the relevant side
Thanks for the comments.
Cool over all. I personally don't think the duplicate background towers add anything, however. Also, the palm trees look fake. And the hi-res version highlights the white edge around the tower's top and the fakiness of the tower-bottom and sand-dune edges.
The top of the tower still remains sharp and white spots are there . but this is a good image... you have to make some touches there... good luck...
Great but as above you could just try the matting controls, use the "layer" / "matting" from the top drop down menus and remove white matt or defringe to get rid of them, Then quick select and feather those edages slightly.
nice creation ................ i like it ........ Gl to u ..........
Thanks for the helpful feedback. Image is now complete.
Very nice, like the Pizatower, but in the mountains

I decided not to let the fairy be lonely, so I gave her a friend. :)
The tutorial for this was done very well. It was easy to understand and follow.
I used the Smudge, Warp, and Transform tools quite a bit, along with some shapes and brushes. I also used the Dodge/Burn tools a lot. (5 years and 3510 days ago)

From the blue fantasy contest (http://www.pxleyes.com/photoshop-contest/14063/blue-fantasy.html) I wasn't a high enough level to do it. Fragon is a dragon out of a frog. My thanks go out to Mjranum stock at deviantart for all the fairies I used. Here are the links that I couldn't fit below.

awesome!
Author, I think you should get rid of a black stroke on the left of the door (next to the cat's back). Also if you can make her hair softer (use smudge tool for example) and blur the scene behind the door a bit to be equal to the scene outside, it'll be better. Otherwise, that's a cool job
Really magic!
It looks like the cat is saying "If I could just get on top of her head!!!" hehehe.. very nice author
Thanks langstrum, updated as your suggesstion.
Great job! I like the cat
Great image author...i did not see previous version but this one is fantastic...My only nit pick is about girl's sharpness...Select the girl layer, contract selection for maybe 2 pixels, invert selection and use blur tool all over the selected part.Any how, this is fabulous work and high votes from me...good luck
Beautiful and serene

Wonderful effect, really nice entry. Good work and good luck! (Excellent depth of field)
Almost flawless! Aside from the head, the use of the grass brush is very nice. Very convincing result. I just have a suggestion to slightly blur the edge beyond the ear, it's too sharp (especially when you create a shallow DOF like that). High score for sure
Really wonderful and so nice ...GL for you author
love it
Great job!
Thanks for the comments Fixed the sharp edges.
Great idea and execution. I especially like the cracks. Good luck!
awesome!!!

Very nice creation........G/L Author.
Great great job Author...
brilliant work ....... all the best to u ..........
Great job author, really really good.Few minor observations, lighter part of the head needs a bit more shading, now when u watch high resolution looks a bit flat. And i don't understand step 10 in your SBS,how did u make grass, used some image,brushes?!?...Any how this is fabulous work and i wish u best of luck.
Thanks erathion. I fixed the SBS(used the grass brush) and I slightly added some shade to the image to give it some depth.
nice work!
