Looks like a different place now. I think it will look better when you would bump up the saturation of the background. The transition from the front to the back is now too abrupt.
You may have a point, but my feeling is that things in the distance tends to be more muted.
Scenes do tend to become more Bluish the farther they receed into the distance... but it appears to be hiding a huge 'gap' between those trees and the distant mountains....

That is fabulous work on the old tractror and farm.
Thank you!
Not sure about the placement of the crow, but that's your choice. Very well made image. GL author.
Thank you Bob. About the crow, it was placed there as to give balance to the composition.
Absolutely fantastic work - beautiful. I agree about the crow - I think I'd like it silhouetted against the sky. I'd love this as a wallpaper for my pc. Congratulations on a lovely piece of work !
I also love your buttercups and your sky. Definitely going to ask you for a higher res version for my wallpaper (plus its my source image too )
Thanks a lot Heathcliffe! The original PSD file is 3000 x 2197 px, but it isn't widescreen.
Great result with this! The flowers are great, and after much thought on the position of the crow, I think it really balances the picture where it is. Well done
Thank you. That's the idea: a diagonal composition, following the hill
I don't mind if it isn't widescreen - it would be lovely anyway and is one of my favourite places to walk. Next time I am there I will imagine your scene.
Okay
Well blended image. I like the warm colors.
Really nice image! GL authour!!

Good work, good humor!
thanks for everything
I have seen those ... nice work
yes! someone told me they migrate by the thousands to mexico every year:p
does not look like a Monarch though.. the person could be wrong about that type
This is so pretty, like from a children's book. Well done!
thank you! I kinda always wanted to do children's books but never got there.
The monarch butterfly is orange in color and migrates to the forest. outside Morelia Michoacan, Mexico every year, millions of these beautiful butterflies start a new life there. It is one of the sights to see, butterflies flying all over by the thousands! I was lucky to see them in their own sanctuary.

(The butterfly used in this work, is not a monarch). Good luck author!
