Credit to Barking Cats, buck82, and yuan2003 for the for sources. Two of these sources were mighty strange and caught my eye for their weirdness. (5 years and 3409 days ago)
Not really mind challenging...
but certainly an odd situation
Haha good luck author
Classic episode -- nice work (I think William Shatner was the star)
Ha ha Nicks, I tell you I have flown many many hours in my lifetime. I believe this would be extremely mind challenging if i saw this creature sitting out there. Alan2641 yes as a matter of fact Mr. Shatner did star in this episode...one of my favorite episodes.
Good interp of a classic.
Spooky! If I saw that, I'd like to sleep all trip long (if I could, of course) just not to see the creature...
Nice job on a classic one. John lithgow also played the guy in a newer one.
Haha well author I indeed do agree with you that if you see that creature out of your window your mind will really uhh... challenge
Anyway it wasn't my meaning of critisising your work
The contrary .. I love it
GL
Oh, yes, by all means, this is classic TZ, I used to watch these, and this particular scene is the one I think of when I think of Twilight Zone. Great stuff, and yes, agree with CMYK, good interpretation for sure!
I won't be getting on a plane for a while after seeing this. Nightmares!!!! Well done author. GL
Nice tribute to the original! I had one of them in my Huey back in the day...or maybe it was the 'shrooms I ate. Nicely done.
Love it
well i love anything to do with Mr William Shatner classic, well done
damn...this could be very scary...
We used to watch these all the time (but they weren't considered "old" then ). This was one of the best episodes. That was one of the great things about that show... seeing all the big stars (Redford, Duvall, Bronson and more) before they became really well known.
I remember that one too. loved it. nice job
I am frightened... he he.,
Love your gremlin, nicely blended. GL
Superb choice...one of my fav TZ episodes.....the John Lithgo one seen here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H841-v8FL2g
very nice image author!

And now for something completely different.
All sources are mine except for the brain (I didn't have one..LOL) istockphoto receipt is included in the SBS. (5 years and 3579 days ago)
Hey, This doesnt fully comply with the theme but it looks great. I think you might get some grief over this one... Good luck author
I knew I was going to get busted for stretching the theme..LOL..
hehehe... great idea.. (psst.. just have one little cord coming out of the floor attached to the skin... instant on theme.. great job.. awesome image
Wierd! ;D
Agree with barnacle. I love this idea but considering the contest guide: "Keep the original form of your source, but turn a percentage of your source into a robot form", this is a little bit off theme.
So why not just stick a button or an outlet on the arm? The cord to the brain helps but yeah more added to the arm would help. I'll hold my vote.
Thank you all for your comments. I think the next generation of Robotics will be more about genetics and computer engineering and less about Terminator metal of the old days. I could add a power button or a flashy light but I can't even find that on my Iphone. Please just judge the photoshop work until the MODs yank me for being off theme. I love you guys!
The original photo was an arm. I turned it into a robot. Anybody?
High res does show the server cable streaming out the brain... I like the idea author (and the work)... and I think it's on theme enough.
exellent result.....
very nice work...i like details so much...eye is fabulous and UTP cable is good touch...good luck author

One of the engines pistons detonated, ripping through the engine block breaking a fuel line in the process. Unable to shut the fuel pump off, highly volatile avgas spews onto the hot exhaust. With the fire bottle spent, the pilots only hope is a rapid descent in hopes that the fire will blow out.

good work
You gotta hate when that happens. Good job on extending the wings. Maybe the inclusion of a reason (lightning, birds, meteor, Dr. Evil) would tell the story a bit more. I like this one
HAha nice idea good luck!
EEEEEEKKK three of my family members are flying in this week... thanks a lot author... LOL.. very good job.. you got the PERIL on first rate
Very nice image, the wing extension is flawless!!
