You've distorted the figures. When resizing images, be sure to hold down the shift key to keep them proportional.

A step by step should be added here. Im assuming the "island" is the pillbox but how can we know?

Titan85, It's the island, but I flipped it horizontal. I guess your're both right and I have to make a SBS.
