Author.. If you put a stroke in black of about 10px around the thought bubble and distort it to cover up the cloning boo boo on the right side bottom below the bubble.. you'd have a much cleaner looking piece.. also split the text with return after the Comma and CENTER the text inside the bubble.. simple fixes that will stop the piece from being off center (very cool and fun Idea.. simple yet very clever)

It's a good idea, but the scale of the fish is way off. They're too big!

Woa! Imagine seeing something like that going down the highway! I'd pull over and take some no doze because I start hallucinating if I'm driving tired.

author says:

They took steroids

avatar CMYK46
CMYK46 says:

Author, you can fix the scale problem and still have a very original image...go for it!

author says:

Nah, it's ok the way it is right now. Besides, If I make the fish at the rel scale they won't be fish anymore, you will see only some dots. Tnx anyway

I swear... A gold fish .... this big!

Thanks rkrause for fisherman, and has been notified.

Steps I used. I changed the opacity of the fish and blended it into the water, duplicated the fish and darkened it to match shadows. I darkened the boat and person (they were a bit washed). (5 years and 3720 days ago)

Good idea, but you've distorted the fish tail and lost the upper fins!

Give them an environment big enough, they're supposed to get pretty big!

I was wondering how to net the darn thing... (5 years and 3721 days ago)

This made me laugh. I like the reflections too...but the reflection has more detail showing in its tailfin than the actual fish. What happened to the top of the tailfin?

EDIT: Understood author! Makes sense...really funny image!

author says:

Happy you got a giggle out of this. The full length of the fish is half out of the water. That was my intent to make it look like a tall tale. About the clearer details of the tail under water, well... there are less ripples on the water.
