The reflection on the water UNDER the stairs does not match anything in the image, and the sky is a different color...

i agree with your comment MossyB. i can fix it but for now since i dont have a time i just show the fantasy i create with the image given... thanks for the comment

I`ll treat this as a surreal optical illusion for now, if I didnt I`d have to point out the strange perspective ..... nice attempt with quite a tough source though

Good fantasy image! It's the composition that bothers me...if you moved the background balloons at left down & to the right they wouldn't overlap those in the foreground, and create a more balanced composition. GL author.

Nice but i feel the composition needs work. The figure needs moving so it is not so centered.
I see 3 parts, the tree, the figure and a dead zone on the right where the mist is going. The mood and atmosphere is great. GL

Really nice outcome but I will suggest to remove this clouds and use some real cloud image or cloud brush and if possible remove left side strait line...

I see wheree your going but its a vector style drawing so it shouldnt have realistic aspects such as clouds which has lots of blur in it.

I have an uncanny ability to unearth sources that people claim to have drawn, I would suggest you list the pre-made brushes & sources you used before I start looking for links (its rare I prewarn too)
