I have no Idea why, but I find this very cute... like little old ladies sitting on the edge of a pool... all that's missing are the flowered hats hehehe.. good job
Good job with the reflections. Reminds me of the poem The Bronze Horseman by Alexander Pushkin.
The statues have some white edges around them u should clean that.
Your reflections are a bit too crisp. They would be rippled like the water..
there is some halo/glow arould the statues.. if it's from the original image (can't really see without the high res) you should cut them out with the pen tool. there's an advice and is it me or the water doesn't quite reflect the building in the backgroung properly?
very relaxing image
Good luck!

Interesting idea, maybe a bit simple, but good luck anyway
I like it, you can even see parts of the building submerged. I know i am not very critical.
I agree it is very simple ... as ponti55 says... and because of that.... I've given you super high marks... I really enjoy this image... could look at it all day
Nicely done.
very well done. Quite realistic. Love how the bottom part of the door appears to be "water logged". Top marks, author! (I think the "submerged" bits are actually reflections??)
BUMFEATURES is actually right, it is the parts of the building under water you see.
