Eat that sucker up, grindylow...chomp, chomp!
A grindylow or grundylow is a folkloric creature that originated from folktales in the English counties of Yorkshire and Lancashire.
You can see this creature in Harry Potter movie ;).
This image is about the last lonely Grindylow, take a look on the content then you can guess what's happening.
Thanks to: falln-stock, l30n, salsolastock, bugalirious-stock, mind-matter, angelmoon17, titoff77, rhabwar-troll-stock for the stock images and brushes.
To construct Grindylow I used 7 different sources (you can see the details in SBS)

Just a moment before the blast
Stunning work ! Very High marks from me !!
very nice work
A lot of emotion inside...
Great !
Thank you for the comments
very nice concept..... I would like to read it as a story.... Good luck
Great imagination author, and very nice construction...good luck
the creature is great, but in my eyes the contrast of that creature is a little high comparing to the background ..very nice entry author good luck
edit:
Great work!
Unreal work author
Thank you my friends for your kind words . Thank you very much Rakib, you are right, I knew that problem, just didn't try to fix it, I'll do it soon.
Changes were made according to the suggestion of Rakib and Nator. Thank you very much
mind blowing, wonderful entry
Nice image author, I like the details you put in your work. In special I love the doll
Great work
I'm going to start blaming your talent on witchcraft.. is that alright with you?
Very nice! Love the whole concept and idea.
I like your interpretation of the character here. And your water effects are great. Sad thought the lonely guy just wants a friend only to be tricked by cruel creations of humanity. Suppose I'm reading a bit deep but, that is what art does.
Good luck to you.
Very cool! Beautiful image and bitter/sweet story.
Wow, thank you so much for the nice comments. @Jade: EXACTLY! I wanted to give some descriptions about the story but finally I chose to leave it blank for everybody to interpret by their own way, and what you read out is absolutely right. Grindylow is a kind of monster which likes children, and parents tell their kids about Grindylow to keep them stay away from the dangerous water. Grindylow has the soul of a child and innocent, it wants to play with kids but its stupidity just kill them. That's the tragic story when we can't understand each others or can't find a solution for living in harmony. Thank you Jade, also spaceranger, you made my day ^^
i liked your story author... i dint know abt grindylow...
poor fella, i wud like to make friends with him, even at the cost of my life..
as of chop, i like the experimentation on lighting...
but i expect the sea weed in front grindylow, to be defined more smoothy and precisely...
jus me author... i'm sure it shud just hv slipped your eyes...
great job........

Congratulations on a super beautiful entry......
Thank you so much my friends for your supports so far. Grindylow is a piece of myself, lonely in this world, but now I understand that I can find the sympathized souls .
Farewell to you, farewell to Pxleyes, now I'm going back to my own way.
Wish you all the best!!
Congrats...

nice work on the fur -- like the over look of the blend as well
