The snapping turtle is from my own photo files, and yes it was not only that big, it was bigger. The main course was provided by "plom" via sxc.hu. (5 years and 3722 days ago)

a see through frog?
frog not fixed propperly
blury
The effect really doesn't sell. Try watching or reading some blending and masking tutorials. Good luck!
I know what you trying to do and it wuold work but the way you have done it is just not working sorry
its a little blurred
The frog looks a bit "fuzzy" (especially around the eyes). Also, he doesn't seem to actually be a part of the sandwich but rather floating in front of it. I would take the frog's head and blend it in to the piece of hamburger meat, changing the color of either appropriately. Maybe you could even stick a frog leg or two in there. Great start, and once you get some more polish on this it will be a great (and funny) piece!
Yummy!!!!
too alive for me to eat...

Ooooh! Lookit the purty colors! And there's froggy, casting his spell, allright...it seems to be a repetition of six other forms...very creative...and then there are a couple of interesting gray looking things...whoa, this is really avant garde in a big way! A work of pure genius!
Author, you are just so CUTE! I want to squeeze you and nibble your little nose!
Just my opinion I think this image would have stood out more against a darker background...Love the abstract! Good Luck
I am appreciating the hardwork, I am not sure you achived that in the final result. for me all the objects standing seperately.
nice work
colorful

if you meant to have the features blurry... kudos.. if not.. you need to tweak a bit.. use contrast to smooth out the blur.. and some shading would help.. you've got a drop dead design though.. good luck..(if you alter this, and you don't have to.. just make sure you don't destroy the great form you created
good work......i liked the expressions.........mischievous.....
Aww, he's a cutie. Really nice job using the source. But I find that he looks a teeny bit flat in some places. Other than that, nice! Good luck.
Some highlights and shadow works really improve it. BTW Good work author
look like a frog holding an egg, otherwise nice
How about some lightsource, the bg seems to catch some light from somewhere. Also a little bit of hightlight in eyes does magic.

from what I can tell from your sources is that shower of white dots are from the lily pad source pic.. but it's only really visible in high res.. I would think of finding a better swamp pic if those dots are super visible on your end. .they are very weird in high res..but I'm sure a print version of this would come out fantastic..good luck author
good
like the frog
Cute Image...IMO The arm on the avocado needs a little work...Looks flat..Good Luck

I think your shadow is a bit long, but you have done a great job on the water around the frog! Looks like its lunchtime! GL.
I think you're right, annimax. I'm shortening it now. Thanks.
Edit:Yes, and the turtle as well.
Edit II : Thanks IDt8er, I added a subtle set of ripples to the turtle. I didn't want to get carried away, though, because the water speed should be slower over the main body of water than the thin layer running over the spillway.
Looking good!!
Great job! xD
The ripples around the frog are amazing! Can you do it again with the turtle? His head would cause ripples in the flowing water, too.
cool pic!
good job! gl!
nice blending work!
I think I took too long to do the voting and it logged me out; now my comment is as a guest.
