Happy new year!!! (5 years and 3663 days ago)
SPELLING ERROR ALERT... Friends... not FRIENS (beautiful piece.. so much life and happiness
EDIT: Perfect.. and great job!!!
Amazing! Reminds of primitive art
Pretty nice work, but the background is too intense & distracts from your work in the foreground, which is very good.
LOL, thanks Golem... err Drivenslush, now fixed @CMYK: I tried darker combinations but finally I like this one.
Too bad...reds in foreground, reds in backgound...kills depth.
This is a great gestural piece, but I agree that the background could be adjusted to bring out your characters.just a bit. I would like to see the "head" on the left a tad larger and higher up for symmetry.
very nice work didnt expect it was u
I love this piece; it has a lot of character and expression! Especially because there's a sense of joy and celebration. Great work!
Awesome use of source and I like the background very much it looks like a sunset.

Nice concept from Godfather. Image is too flat. Try to work on the blood and make it look more real and work on the blend too.
These are the urls you should use.http://www.pxleyes.com/photoshop-contest/12578/irregular-pattern.html for the fingerprint. http://www.sxc.hu/browse.phtml?f=view&id=1035776 for the magnifying glass. http://www.sxc.hu/browse.phtml?f=view&id=1122196 for the bedroom.
In the future be sure to post the correct links.
I'm sorry, but the blood is not very realistic

The amount of physical damage repaired is amazing. That alone gets you high marks in my book. Great job. The balance of colors could use a little work, I think. Still, better than I could do.
A contrast adjustment would probably help
I definitely agree with Chaplain.. great job repairing the image, but the colours look very unnatural, perhaps a darker shade of that orange.
I disagree, this is a very 70's looking photo...........almost polaroid, the colors in those things were quite strange at the best of times.
That the 70s were strange is most likely but for some reason I also expect a bit more contrast. What if you add a solid black layer with blending overlay (and perhaps some opacity)? THe photorepair looks good! Good luck!
This looks more like the colorizing of the 30's-40's style pictures. Look at the mom dad entry for the 70's coloring.
Colour photos existed in 30's and 40's?!
nice
