It looks like you just added filters. You MUST post an SBS.

i added adjustment layers to change the colors and then i used the pencil glow to try and make little glowing lights and added an outter glow

I agree with ponti...maybe you should have put some soft glow behind them also. Nice idea--I love how you made the original dandelion glow!

Easiest way to make an SBS is just to save every time you make a severe change.. then it's really easy to put together cause you've already done all the work.. fyi.. good luck author
