This is a photo of my Grandmother when she was about 9 years old.
It's a small photo, but there is no other copy, so I apologize that there isn't a high res. version.
I repaired it before I colorized.
The original scan will be in my SBS. (5 years and 3304 days ago)
err umm. you forgot the hair!!.. very nice JOB!!!
HEY...good fix on the hair..
YIPPEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
LOVE IT
(Love the antique feel.. maybe play with curves/contrast etc... but only if you want to.. see what happens)
Working with old photos that are tiny are a nightmare.. and you did a great job!!!
Thank you! This is the only 'profesional' photo of my grandmother as a child. I think it might have been a school photo. I really love it, she looks so much like I did at that age and now my daughter is 5 and also looks a lot like her great grandma.
You should have (and still can) upped the contrast in your B/W version to give it more life & definition. Still, it's a good effort.
good.., agree with the above comments.., Now it looks flat
Thanks everyone, is this better?
It's really cool to see how the original picture was, I think you did a very good job.

Great job on the repair, so nice you've used this image, now you can share with your family. Very sweet coloring job, still has that antique feel.
