The picture was like that in the first place and 3 isnt distorted?

Compare to your source pics...they are distorted...when scaling pics always hit he Shift key.

Just a suggestion, but the word "think", may stand out more if you add some innner, or drop shadow to the letters, so they look like thay have been cut into the hair more.

If you're going to have THINK written on his head, why not GREEN too?

Your guide is very difficult to see, perhaps try it on a darker background. The image itself is very nice!!

the idea of the neon light is good but the choice of the font color combined with the background color is bad. I would suggest to add a shadow to the text so it can pop out a little or to go with a darker backround. Good luck anyway thought
