This picture I did when I traveled in my aunt's house in Paraty - Rio de Janeiro. It was very cloudy, would never imagine that I could give a cheerful tone (Hopely) in it, but this contest made it possible. Hope you enjoy. (5 years and 3208 days ago)

There use to be hundreds of cars in the parking lot of Pizza Loft Strip Mall. Located next to a college it had wonderful shops and was always filled with students. Due to the economy, the only building still in business is the Pizza Loft itself. So I decided to cheer up the overall scene with this happy guy. (5 years and 3233 days ago)

This good, it has a great sense of depth to it. The shadow is pretty convincing maybe just a tad dark on bottom part of your critter but really not all that bad. Good Luck!

Brilliant way to make the glasses! and very whimsical character.
And hey, I know of this place and the guy who owns it (a childhood friend of my brothers) - at one point he also had a location in Miami, on the second floor of a stripmall, hence the name 'loft'. I sure hope this place has encouraged traffic to his neighbors once again. If not, they could use one of your Jolly guys.
