Great idea, and put together well! Your shadowing is a little too intense though. Otherwise, it's quite believable.

Yep, be careful of distortion. It doesn't help your image. When scaling pics be sure to hold down the Shift key.

Also the shadows need an improvement, they're not loyal to the character's position.

author says:

Thanks you are right. I edited a little the shadows now too. Thanks.

Hard climbing - created by divair

The number 8 was made using Illustrator.

The symbolism backing number Eight deals largely with business, success, and wealth. This is primarily due to the fact that Eight represents continuation, repetition, and cycles. Such elements are seen in arenas where success is obtained simply because of dogged determination and repetition by the practitioner. Also, matters of business and wealth largely depend on cycles to fulfill their manifestation. It’s like the snowball analogy: As it continues to roll, in gets bigger and bigger with each revolution. Nice colors, good research ! Question about the waterfall: you made the offspring of it from the opposite angle of how the angle of the side of the 8 is. That's done on purpose (surreal aspect) or do I see it wrongly? Good luck!

Edit: changed

author says:

Thank you guys! Wazowski, the water is pouring from the big crack. Note that there is a big piece of layer peeling away... Oh, I see... It's falling on the wrong place

Awesome, I like all the cracks and the waterfall, and the color tones here, good luck = )

avatar DanielaOwergoor

I think the answer to the question of wazowski about the waterfall is: the "opposite" angle due to the way of crack. Am I right, author?

I was able to express myself well? Sorry, my english don't help me sometimes!.

Nice work, author! Good luck.

author says:

Am I so used to optical illusions that I didn't notice this? Fixed Thank you Daniela, I understood what both you and Wasowski meant, but what I did was to make the water come from the front outer surface and to fall on the bottom of the inner surface - that's impossible...

avatar DanielaOwergoor

Oops, ok! I was wrong! You missed it! Hahaha ...
Much better now!

avatar erikuri
erikuri says:

Ok, I saw the image before, and now it's way better. But, if we thought of its surrealistic side, it wouldn't matter which crack the water was pouring down from... whatever, it's a catchy work, good luck, author!
