Good idea, try using the spherize filter on the hay ball

avatar erathion
erathion says:

Very nice idea, use smudge tool to pull some strings from the ball,to look more realistic, and don't forget ball will cast shadow under, and would be more intense...good luck

I really think that's an original and great idea. BUT! Maybe you should get that thing a little bit closer to the ant and he could also use some shadow. After all... He is working all day on the sun

avatar kakarot
kakarot says:

Creative, but you should make some shadows to make it look like it's fixed on the ant. Otherwise, good work!

Ants can carry things 10, 20 times bigger and heavier than their own weight, if I'm not wrong! Nice work, it shows how hard ants life is...

Actually, it's not a very creative idea at all. It is a direct copy of another entry here on the site http://www.pxleyes.com/photoshop-picture/4aafe569572e3/BoyS----c-Mon-Move-eM-FaST----.html
I'm not sure how the mods will look at this, but I think that you have used a reference which has not been disclosed and is also copyright.

So why didn't you comment on those ? http://www.pxleyes.com/photoshop-picture/4bb861e5df31c/Hungry-Fish.html

?

I didn't use this entry as reference neither, is it impossible for me to have an idea that ressembles the other entry ? Who do you think you are ? You're not a mod so don't place comments like that, read the guidelines for commenting !

Author if you look at those entries that you mention, the authors have given credit to the author's that have inspired them and even links to their entries. Therefore there was no need to comment on them. As to who I am, I was a mod on this site and PST (the former site) for over 2 years. I can assure you that I know the Rules & Guidelines. You may fool some members some of the time, but you won't fool all of the members all of the time.

wow. even the same ant... what are the chances? even the second sphere! in my opinion, i would say the idea is not just similar, but it is a duplicate.

author says:

Mandy, red flag it instead of posting such stupid comments

avatar lvstealth
lvstealth says:

ah come on! that isnt stupid! it is an observation of and about the work at hand. be honest, if you saw this and the other what would you think?
on a different note, i like how you lowered the sphere the ant looks more like he is carrying it now, maybe roll it back just a smidge so it is in the "saddle" of the ant. he is heading uphill so it would kinda roll back onto the bigger section in back.

and look, please refrain from such hostility. it is, after all, just an observation and offered as nothing more or less than that..
