In Greek mythology, a harpy was one of the winged spirits best known for constantly stealing all food from Phineas.
In this form they were agents of punishment who abducted people and tortured them on their way to Tartarus. They were vicious, cruel and violent. They lived on Strophades. They were usually seen as the personifications of the destructive nature of wind.

Interesting image, I like the use of colors (which is barely used 
, but that makes it also nice). n the one hand I might say that you'd like to have a look at the feathers around her legs which could do with some better masking + that the left wing (for viewer) doesnt fit with her arm. On the other hand, there's also something like artistic expression, so it's up to you what you prefer. Good luck!

This is a great image... the only comment I have is that the "face" doesn't really look vicious, cruel and violent to me, more like an innocent girl with a beak. Her left arm is cut of by the wing, if that's what you wanted, great job. Good luck...

Her arm is not cutted, she's holding the clothe, as you can see in the source picture

You may want to try to clone part of her other arm to fill in the rest of her arm. The original photographer made a booboo with that one. But I do like the feathers all over the place!
