chrome feel is missing

Author: try using a displacement map to bring back the shape of the face? Not enough of a chrome look to it as gopan suggests also. More silvers and blues?

You have the reflective qualities, but now you need to adjust the curve. The image is flat, for this to look like chrome you need high contrast between you shadows and highlights. With chrome, highlights define the structure, so make some adjustments and place highlights on key areas to make this more 3D, more living chrome. Finally just give a hint of greyscale to the image without compromising the reflection.

Animmax makes a good point. there are things you can do to make them seem more chrome like..
