After a long journey into time and space; in the early morning with a barely shining moon the discoverer returns home, while the fogs slowly disapears. (5 years and 3255 days ago)

suggestions are appreciated!

I would decrease the amount of the background and zoom the fish closer to the centre co it's bigger and easier to look at and in your case admire because the image is stunning!!
The fish is fantastic, but where did the two men come from? not mentioned in sbs, they just appear, as do the birds. This would make a wonderful illustration for a children's book.
EDIT: ah, now they're in your sbs, nice little paintings, too, author!
Just awesome.
thanks for the feedback, I'll consider your suggestions
edit: added more contrast to fish and farmer and added texture to fish's mouth
Perfect entry author...I really really love your imagination...U could add a bit more details to create feel of movement on a fish because u have that on a holding guy...just an idea...
@erathion I thought of doing that but I didn't want to ruin the fish :P Thanks for the suggestion
I'm speechless... It's simply great and funny!

Please post the link for the moon, and post your own uncut photos in a step-by-step guide.
From the guidelines: "You are allowed to use non-copyrighted photos. It is not allowed to use copyrighted photos, artwork and so on. It's not a shame to use a reference, but if you do you, must post this reference, either as a link or, if the photo is yours, you must post this photo uncut in the SBS."

The process of creation is not linear, they told me..
I believe them now. (5 years and 3294 days ago)
??? Where did the water go?
Oh no, CMYK, I'm gonna make you read the SBS! It's the 3rd point of the second step. (lol).
It started as a lake dwelling and than i made it desert. The reflection on the sand makes it look like there's a puddle - water spots - underneath the house. It made sense when it crossed my mind, and i liked it. It represents more of the source and some reminiscence of the river can be seen somewhere behind the house, as well. I might be infatuated with my work at this momment... I ll be back tomorrow.
great idea
cool idea...best of luck author

Excellent Idea
Nice effort.
Too dark and not enough contrast. It's hard to make out the background, or the top of the creature.
MossyB, this depends on your screen settings and the screen you are using.
I have viewed the image with 3 different screens i can see pretty much everything.
(remmeber the background is further away and its dark soo that is supposed be darker than the foreground)
For the contrast. Where would you like more contrast?
In the dark there is not much contrast, in the image it is early in the morning and it is still dark. ( you can read my description to know more. )
If you can i would like you to see it on another monitor.
And let me know if it looks different.
Any other people having the same issue/problem, please respond or check screen settings.
A little dark on my netbook (not a great monitor but tried it just to see) .... it is better on my big monitor. Great image and wonderful story happening here!
very cool entry author...u could create some planet at the top right corner and trow a bit more light from there...Just an idea...best of luck
If i can find some time i will try out your idea, sounds like a good plan.
Thanks for all the comments everyone.
