“Tribute to the Horseâ€
Where in this world can man find nobility without pride, friendship without envy, beauty without vanity?
Here, where grace is laced with muscle, and strength by gentleness confined.
He serves without servility; he has fought without enmity.
There is nothing so powerful, nothing less violent; there is nothing so quick, nothing more patient.
Our past has been borne on his back.
All our history is his industry: we are his heirs, he is our inheritance.

Thanks for the use of the following images to: tree by linconian, girl by liam-art, horse by bigmike.it, and Timo Newton-Syms for the moonlight. (5 years and 3391 days ago)
A very beautiful entry!
Congratulations.
nice ! g l
Thank you both!
Try a realistic background...this one is distracting. And thanks for removing the girl's hideous tattoo.
OH NO! The background took me AGES to do! Back to the drawing board then? Can't I just reduce the opacity a bit? (please)
No sooner the word, than the deed. Have reduced opacity of B/G. Actually CMYK46, I like this better myself - but more importantly - I hope you do too! As always - my aim is to please...
Beautiful...
The background is too noticeable and there's too much of it IMO. My suggestion: crop out the right third of the image, then drastically darken the background and add spooky moonlight lighting to the foreground elements.
nice work author...but with different background and some details as guys sad moonlight and etc u could transform this image from ordinary to extraordinary...best of luck
I bow to your superior knowledge, the deed is done and I thank you all very much!
yes.. i like the change.. the background giv more "mystery " same tone wi the woman
I love the mood and lighting. I wonder what she has in her hands????
beautiful ...........
