Reading "Ice" seems like struggling to pass a color-blindness test, but there's potential here. (What's with the white lines at 6, 8, and 10 o'clock?)
Loose the background, and the pattern on one of the logoobjects and you have a fine logo.
'ice' is not clear... other wise nice work
