I really like this one, top three for me if not my favorite. The only thing that throws me off is the eyes that doesn't "look" right to me. But all in all a very good entry.

I can imagine a story behind this image, but i am not sure, it will be the same one as you intended. Some parts are difficult to see without looking at the high res.
The iguana should be much darker; almost a silhouette as he is backlighted. There is not that much light reflected from the interior of the sauna.

I love the look of the skin on her face and hand, that's really cool. I can imagine the lizards tongue shooting in through the window and snatching the glove off of her hand. I do agree with dustinger about the lighting though. With it being so bright, it looks more like she's looking at a very bright television on the wall rather than looking out a window.
