Multiple cool effects, but my eyes don't know what to focus on. A more extreme huge/modest/tiny ordering might help capture the 'space' notion better. The stars shining through the planet's rings seem out of place.

Beautiful space scene author...Love the fantastic effects that u created here...Dan is right about focusing part, but this is yours space scene, maybe should to be a bit chaotic...best of luck

I though a lot about the point you mentioned before uploading it and came to the result that space is not something that is sorted like in our earthly world, toatally different powers hold sway there, so I did this entery with the thought in mind to catch the "spirit" of outerspace, and try to let go of our beliefs of what a good arrangement of a picture would be.
I'm sure that you're right, and the objects look kind of randomly placed but thats just how it is in space (:

I'm working on another entry actually, wich will follow our thoughts of a well

arranged picture more.

The SBS isn't fully complete, I'm pooped right now lol. Basically for the rest is just creating the trees with the pen tool, and lots of different brushes for the snow and star.

Would definitely love comments/critiques, they make me happy

Nice image, it certainly has some of the chrismas spirit

This is a really funny Droste ( yup, i learned a new word from jawshoewhah).

I think it would look better with snow flakes on the entire image not just on her, and this would also take eyes off the background.
You know what would be awesome d'apres moi ? To apply the same highlights on the same image and make it look like someone even bigger is holding her.

@greymval, I purposely put the snow just on her to make it look like because she shook the globe with her in it, it just snows over her. As for your other idea, my boyfriend and I had that same exact idea, but I didn't want to put too many details into it and make it cluttered. But thanks for the thought!
