Floating island image #25,362...
As much as I value all of your comments CMYK46 I hope that your vote was or will be based on the standard of work, not on the fact it might be recurring...
The standard of work is not the only factor in voting, originality is very important to many. I think Bob's comment alludes to the fact that floating islands aren't very original.
Perhaps you are right... To be honest I don't really think that when I thought of the idea it was inspired by work I've seen before.. it was just a thing that came to mind.. Nevertheless I respect all of your opinions
I like the details you added at the bottom of the island but the light on the bottom back of the umbrella is a littile distracting. Nice blend and mood. Good luck!
I think we, participants in some of the contests, should appreciate work from members who will to participate in the contests every week. WE NEED ENTRIES, even if they are Islands, CBR, (whatever) I do not mind if you did an island. It is a beautiful work!, As a matter of fact, you took the time to think, and come out with something you wanted to do. The reason I am saying this is that the contests say "Download the photo on the left and manipulate it any way you want" You did so....... Good luck!
