Underwater scene created using a great tutorial made by Mark Monciardini. (5 years and 3864 days ago)
He wandered away from his group...
Thanks to Shtrumf from Deviant art for her wonderful underwater image. She's been notified as that was the author's request. (5 years and 3874 days ago)
this would look much better if you used a water splash (like surface and underwater) used that to separate the mountains with a coral shot underwater (real simple, desaturate the splash layer and set to screen... it eleminates all the black, you dont want black to show with water effects.) hope that helps. mask out the mountains and the coral shot so that they meet at the line where the splash is. real simple.
bddesign, it sounds like a good idea, but i don't understand what you mean! Sorry
Verrrrrrrry interesting
Yeah, it's not my best work, i just thought i should give it a go.
nice image
Haha, thanks :p
what is this
It's a jellyfish
Since when do jellyfish fly? seriously The overall impression is: the image too dark and low in contrast, thus hard to understand. If it wasn't for the name, I would never have guessed that there'se a jellyfish in there somwhere. If u thought of it as of a day scene maybe u could merge all of the existing layers, duplicate the one u get and change the blending mode to screen - and maybe adjust the opasity of that layer. Of maybe try Overlay for a more interesting effect?.. Good luck, athor
EDIT: Pfff that is an underwater image!! I thought this was a surface of a sea But still it is too dark and "blurry", so it makes it hard to figure out what's on the picture

wow..those are super chubby jellies ... nifty!!!
the small one looks a tad flat.. I think it's just because of the perspective distortion... really is a great feel
nice work
wow awesome image!
interesting idea
Not bad, but you forgot that right now the light sources come from two total different directions. Good luck!

Good Entry with Good Luck Author.
You beat me to it
Not bad, maybe you'd like to give a bit more saturation to the creature in front so it fits better in the image. Good luck!
hah. nice idea.

Simple but nice.

welldone. good feel
nice one - will keep me away from the sea for some time ))
Looks great
This is really good.
Great use of the image
Very nice...I like how you didn't just duplicate the main object, instead adding some variation in curvatures.
Nice use of source and good result. Apart from the blur perhaps a bit of difference in light would give this image more dimension (like, some more light to the sharp jellyfish compared to the others). Good luck!
Yes Wazowski, I´ll try to add some difference in light. Thanks for the suggestion and thank for the comments to everybody.
