personally i love OOB images, always have. But he doesn't look like he is actually coming out of the photo, you need to play with the angles more

Nice image. A gradient mask on the reflection might have helped allowing it to fade away towards the bottom.

This is cool, perhaps if you moved the light post down it would have more interest, because you have a bunch of dead space, and sometimes dead space is good, but in this case, It's just dead space.
