Nice image.. but his arm looks HUUUGE!!! I know it's supposed to be like that.. it just looks a little strange, but i'm a fan of House, and for that reason alone you'e getting high marks!

The skin tones of the faces don't match the bodies - too pink and too light in value.
Very cute idea. The skin tones look OK to me (now?). However, I think even more Bieber hair-do would be good along with much darker hair on Selena.
