This is great. I did notice the light source is off. It is coming behind him, but showing front (his) left. You could create another light source or darken the center of the man. gl

Links 1 & 2 need to lead to the actual image. Mask is a bit distorted...

Lighting of mask doesn't quite match the color or lighting of pic. Fix that and you'll a decent image .
