Okay, please clarify a bit. When you say a screen print of the .psd file. you mean the layers that make up the image? Those are the basic shots of the .gif animation. All a screen print would show would be each of the elements as a layer in a stack...That's how I make the .gif. Each layer is a frame in the animation, with some tweening to blend from one layer to the next...

I agree that you designed a cute character, but the problem is it's half realistic, half comic/painterly. I know that you're really active in giving critiques and I found them mostly accurate, but it's better to do your own works more carefully so what you said can be more convincing to other people. Please don't take it offensively, I appreciate your contributions
