At first I thought this was amazing, then I took a little closer look and got confused. Whats going on with the boy? Is he a ghost or something? Regardless my suggestion would be to make it look like he's sitting in the basket.

it seems you placed the person behind the glass, yet the window opening is on the side closer to the viewer... love the idea!

The person looks flat and the cut off top of the building completely throws off the perspective because the plane of the building going diagonally backwards. Great concept though!
