It looks more like you turned her into a mannequin than a younger version. I'm not sure what tools you used because you didn't list them in your SBS. I would suggest adding some more detail to the eyes and lips because they look so “drawn on”. Perhaps someone else might have a suggestion or technique that would help.

I made some changes and i think now it's better and she is not like a mannequin anymore

It does look a lot better now and I know how hard it is to do one of these.

she looks great at a first glance but her skin has no texture! that's whats making her look like a doll. and you forgot to fix HER HANDS!

i agree, your whites are too white, perhaps try a light gray and then add some fin detail with a small brush, but very nice final result.

Agrees with other people's comments, plus it lacks some definition. I would suggest more detail to the beard and hat andthat might make it less white.
