Very well done overall. The highlights on her nose and forehead are too intense, i.e., visible, however. I think tilting her head ever so slightly to the right to match the source painting might add a subtle coyness more consistent with the demure notion of womanhood in the Renaissance.
Her face seems a bit deformed on the RH side, but nice blending.

The issue is that the celeb's face is more in profile than the painting, so it had to be distorted. Good luck.
