really neat idea (links aren't working for me... please check).. if you could brighten/dodge the gray elephants a bit (I like to see their detail more, they are a bit dark.. and watch the white grass at their feet (a soft light blended green brush would do the trick in a second.. I think it would help a lot.. but that's just me
Super nice image.. GOOD LUCK
EDIT : MUCH IMPROVED.. good luck!!!
Thank you Drivenslush, I have made some adjustments!

Kind of creepy...but cool.
hahahahaha...cool work author...love the colors...gl
Author, you do amaze me. Honestly, first thought is that this was yours, then I fought and said...no...someone elses....but I was right the first time. I love the imagination you put into it, the wild background, and the color scheme!
I know its awful, but makes me think of a show on some animal planet or something where they are showing a species that eats their young.
The faces ...if you call them that...on the little ones are so expressive. Some of them with the "oh noooooo" D: look going on. Well done. and good luck.

I know it can be done better, but I didn' t want to use smoke brushes or other smoke sources, so I've restricted myself only to source image and wanted to use it as much as possible. Background is same source image blurred and levels/curves adjusted :)

Hmmm...
So smoking and drinking kills?
Maybe!!? Haven't killed me yet...She left cigarette and gone away, smoke reveals her emotions... Probably she hates him a lot??
I think they do... For some, faster; for others, slowler...

Very dramatic!! IMO I would darken the umbrella a little more to keep with the mood of the image....Nice work author and Best of Luck
I agree with Christy, a darker umbrella, with the color matching the dress would be still more beautiful.
Her hair is too fluffy for being in a downpour like that...
Why not put her umbrella above her head? It would make the dry hair seem more realistic. However, it's a great idea and I like the difference with the red tones and the grayscale so good luck!
Thanks for your suggestions. May pic look better now. Your idea's good jawshoewhah..but I'll try it in near future.
NICE JOB ON THIS!!!!

Great coloring and blending but you're missing shadows on the elephant. As you can see the background's light is from right->left and the elephant has no shadow at the left.
