Nice idea. What I dont get, the crane in the original looks way sharper than in this entry. There's no way to make the bird sharper again? Also, compare the shadows from the source pic to the shadows that you made for the crane. In the source it's more greenish, perhaps you'd like to adjust that. Good luck!

Yeap, like waz said make the crane sharper, add the crane's head in the picture, add the fish head from the other contest into it's beak and you got yourself an entry! Shadows for legs are a little off and would have been nicer to see more of the bird.

Seems like the boat is colored funny and the glare over the right side of the mountain seems a bit bright.

cmyk............not at all...........the moon will be reflected just the same as the mountains will be reflected, as far as the water is concerned, the moon is the same level as the mountains.

The moon is well reflected, but i vote for no moon. I think you introduced it to make the composition more interesting, but now it's a competition between the moon and the aurora borealis, and the image lost it's focus center. IMO the ship and Aurora would be more than enough.

i completely agree with greymval, you did a great job on the 'northern lights' so have the focus on that. I would go even further and dull the stars a little too.

Nice job! I think if the cars looked more scattered and abandoned it would help the realism more. Right now, they are lined up as if waiting in current traffic.
