good work
Chrome Grape that look lit from the inside. They just glow! :)
NOTE:
Sorry for the inconvenience but, I submitted the half-way-done photo by mistake...considering they look similar, it hopefully is understandable. Also, the source for this picture was missing the prefix...the http://www...sorry bout that too. (5 years and 3827 days ago)
good work
good work
good
very glowy good luck
The light looks like it's inside the chrome grapes themselves and radiating outward, which does not compute. Cool, but not chrome which only reflects its exterior. (Source link does not work.)
I don't mean to make sour grapes but this is just a negative of a photo! Not really much work. Just bring the image into photoshop and invert.
cool
Would be a really good entry if it was more chromy

ALl I did was crop and then darken the image then played like crazy with dodge tool to "turn on lights" here and there. (5 years and 3838 days ago)
i like it, it seems some how magical
good
I love the mood of the image...Dodge and burn tools usually ruin the pixels of an image...Try creating a new layer and using a soft paintbrush with opacity set to 10% so you can control how much or how little you want. Use white or black depending on shadow or highlight..Good Luck
Thank you, Christy! I just might try that...excellent technique tip - although, I may never give up dodge and burn completely because I like the pixel distortion sometimes..it can give an irridescent flake look. Again, Great tip!
Author I agree sometimes the flakey look is exactly what you want Sometimes I use other colors when I'm painting to give it that look too...Glad my tip helped

Mainly used the source image only with some smudge and extra burning effects. Got the lamp from www.istockphoto.com and receipt is in SBS.
Thanks to Falln-Stock for the smoke brushes!! (5 years and 3846 days ago)
nice idea with the steam rising. .good luck author (uyou might want to add a red light glow hiting the frog from the lamp, but don't do it if it messes up that amazing smoke effect.. the high res is amazing
EDIT: Yippee!!!.. it was great before hehehe.. now just that much better..GOOD LUCK
good

Wow, what a great image well done author Good Luck!!!!!
Hand should be in front of hat. I think there would be some highlight on the pot she's holding, and more shadow on right side of the hat...
right out of disney.. looks like a cell from Snow White
I really like the look of this. Besides what CMYK said...maybe make the light from the right side a bit warmer.
i really like what you did to the face!!
good work. Light should be little yellowish
i made some changes and i think now it's better... thank u all for your comments
nice cleanup
chess... queen?
This is so well done, except for the hat & hand thing that CMYK pointed out. Stiil a good vote.
