I have a feeling those Nazca lines were a little more complicated than that.
@lchappell: so do I, my friend, so do I... Once I've seen a documentary on Japanese TV, and they've gone there, showed the lines nearly, tried to reproduce them. The truth is: scale is so huge, if you try to do like my entry shows, you can't see anything from the height!
