chopped very well ..
Or maybe I am.... (5 years and 3276 days ago)
chopped very well ..
Good job, but glasses frames are blurry & the arm on our right side doesn't depress the hair inward.
I guess the blur on the frames came from s resolution mismatch or something like that and as far as the arm not depressing the hair...as this is only my second chop.....I guess the sad fact is I really don't have any clue as how to give that illusion...LOL...any suggestions?
Wow. Getting in uncharted waters there author.
Honestly, I think you might have used the blur tool a bit on the frames of the glasses? Correct me if I'm wrong. That's what it looks like to me. And about the hair, depending what version of ps you are using, liquify would help. Using "push" to slightly depress the hair so its more believable would be good. PsE doesn't have liquify to my knowledge, but I run cs2 and it does.
You could choose to paint back in the parts of the frames that look so blurry and then blend to suit the image.
Thanks jaded...I have CS5, have never messed with the liquify filterso I will play a bit....thanks for the help...and yes....you have robvdn to thank for convincing me to branh out a bit....LOL
Be gentle with that liquify...as it is touchy. It took me some practice to figure out how to use it effectively.
And trying new things is always great fun. Are you using a drawing pad or a mouse to do your work?
I have a pad....have lots of neat toys, just starting to put them to good use for a change...thanks again for the assistance, I'll give it a go tomorrow.
Blending is really well-done. IMHO, maybe get rid of blur around the glasses, then it will be 100% I really love it, though!!
You've convinced me = )
I would have never guessed

Hello People! I hope you like my new Photoshop entry since quite a time. I wanted to continue making some PS images so here it is.
To make this image I tried to concentrate on blending the lion head and the picture of the messed up hallway. At the end I simply made some places lighter and also added some shadows. Finally I added a gradient and blended that. (5 years and 3289 days ago)
Best entrance to a slum I've ever seen...and I've seen quite a few.
Thank you
Great idea! like it..
Thanks layerstack ! I appreciate the opinion
Very interesting work.I love the mood and the tiger head, Well done
Your idea is wonderful...IMHO if you had just taken the leaves on the entrance away and used a kind of grass, dirt, or just ground...your pic would have been more interesting. do not get me wrong.... it looks nice as it is....the grass, and the other stuff is just my idea. Good luck.
Thanks for the advice George55 It's appreciated.
GL!

Perfect !
excellent work author.
Nice idea! GL!
Fantastic work author...very well done
Good reaction at first but looking more closely there's a lot of pixelation and artifacts... also and more importantly, there is what seems to be a duplication of the lions nose behind and slightly off the right- between the top 'nose' and the feet... which has part of it missing in the middle. I think some shading from the head onto the lions feet below is needed too.
Also... you could contract your selection by 1 or 2 to get rid of the white outlines that you have in some places...
I am in love with this image.
Very good work with such a simple tools and methods. /me likes..
Really clever work; it is great that you used such a simply idea and excecuted it so well. Very impressive!
