Nice idea, but the bands need a little work, you can see some of the line infront of the rotating ball which stops it being as effective

i like the PXL, not so sure about the rest

The word PXL is strong and looks ok. Personally I wouldnt use too many different fonts and/or styles or at least not like this, since the rest is a bit harder to read. I'm afraid if you make it smaller the logo will be barely visible

Simple and clean. Certainly not bad, maybe with such heavy black outline for the eyes, I'd expect also a bit heavier font weight for the text, right now it looks a bit out of balance and it's like the eyes are about the smash the text. Good luck!
